What are the drop off and pick up times?
Early drop off time is from 8.30 a.m. The summer scheme activities will start at 9.30 a.m. Early pick up time is when activities finish is at 3.15 p.m. Late pick up is until 5.00 p.m.
Is there any additional charge for early drop offs and late pick ups?
No, these are all included in the packages.
Can the children bring a mobile phone?
We generally have a relaxed policy on mobile phone use, provided this is sensible use outside of activity time.
What do the children do for lunch?
Lunch time is 12.15 – 1.00. Children are required to have a packed lunch. There is also a tuck shop which provides snacks, with healthy options. Please do not send children to the scheme with foods containing nuts.
I have paid; what details do you need?
Once a payment transaction has occurred you will be sent all other required information via automated e-mail.
Need to download a consent form?
No. All consent is provided through the tick box on the online booking form.
What should the children wear?
We will not be outside in any rainy or cold conditions, therefore suitable clothing should be brought for many of the sporting activities. Trainers should be brought. If it does happen to be very hot, please advise the child to bring their own sun cream.
What is the valuables policy?
Pupils can hand anything of valuable to a member of staff who will take responsibility for the item till the end of the day.
What are the timings of the days when there are trips?
The same as any other day. So Trips leave from 9.30 a.m. onwards and are always back no later than 3.15 p.m.
Is there any additional charge for Trips?
No, these are all included in the packages.
