AREA MANAGER
Mr. Sheppard / Physical Education Teacher R.B.A.I.
The summer scheme will be co-ordinated by Mr. Sheppard, a teacher with 20 years’ experience. Mr. Sheppard currently coaches the Seniors and has a been head coach at R.B.A.I. for ten years. Having been former Head of Rugby at Gordons School in Surrey and ex London Welsh and Esher player. Mr. Sheppard overseas all the day to day running of all camps. This is to ensure the policies and procedures of the scheme are being met to the highest of standards.
All of our Staff meet the following criteria:
- Relevant coaching qualifications / teaching qualifications
- Trained in our Health and Safety procedures
- Trained in our Child Care policies
- Access Ni vetted
- Experience working with children and young people
- Energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and great communicators

Bruce Cornelius / Physical Education Teacher 20 years’ experience / Ulster Rugby
. Sean Androulakis from Water tots, alongside support staff will be leading all our pool sessions.
